Beer. Hops are good, but I will drink domestic light beer and not complain. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is tough to beat. Ice cold Grain Belt Premium is delicious. Gin on the rocks - specifically Hayman's Old Tom. Used to hate gin, but my father in law straightened me out and showed me good gins. Vodka in a bloody and rum in a cool summer drink.

If I’m dog tired and overheated, give me an ice cold water over anything.

Yup, same here. more so for me, If I'm not dog tired a drink or two will make me that way. It must be a sign of old age or a retirement thing for me because it was the exact opposite when I was younger. Sometimes I sluff off and don't get tired enough to sleep it and it works like a charm. I'd probably quit drinking without even thinking about it if I could sleep good every night.

If there was a drink that didn't make me tired I could keep up with you young whippersnappers all weekend.

Lately at the lake vodka and lemonade is always refreshing. Also like crown or bird dog peach whiskey n water.
If I have a beer its usually a grain belt.

In truth 99.8% of the time it's Bud leaded. I took heed to the first tune and have since kept all my teeth.

Bourbon on the rocks. I like an occasional seltzer and it’s hard to beat a cold Busch Light.
