I dealt with it for a few years, when I first hurt my back it was a bitch for about 6 months, the first few were brutal. if I sat still for 2 hours it killed me to get moving again, my right nut throbbing was like someone pinching it.. the clinic gave me a muscle relaxer to take at night and a commonly prescribed 'arthritis pill' that helped ( I only took for a short time).
the sad part is it takes a long time to heal from back injuries, and it's never the same.
i'm able to manage it with stretching, occasional chiro, and some yoga type stuff ( you'll look gay, but it helps ) and if I don't do it daily I notice the difference.. . depending on your injury their might be a fix, mine got better over time but I don't think i'll ever be 100% again, i'm about 70 % what I was before. it's been 3 years now, my back still gets tight like it never did before. stretch, stretch, gradually and gently use those muscles. if you go to a chiropractor and it doesn't seem to help don't be afraid to try a different one, I need one who 'does it like a man would'. meaning if your built solid and do manual work,it takes some muscle on their part to make you pop back in place. good luck..
