Bought 10 boxes of 303 British for my dads old Enfield about 4 years ago. Made in Serbia by PPU, look good, SP BT 150 gr so if I hit a real road block with other ammo I at least have something to fall back on. Shot a lot of deer with it back in my youth. LB

While most standard full-length sizing dies work just fine, if loading exclusively for a semi-auto I think a small-base sizing die is preferable as a better guarantor of proper feed/function. I'd say that for any chambering and/or any make/model of semi-auto. AR, BAR, Rem 740/742/7400, Benelli R-1, Win 100, etc, etc, etc.......

Ammo price increases starting to hit hard. Walmart still the cheapest place to find ammo. Needed to find some 4 steel shot and Winchester 3” xpert was the cheapest I could find at $11.65 a box, but the price went up overnight to $15.53. Other Walmart had them at the lower price so bought a case while I could. Blue box federal is $19 a box at most stores. Stock up while you can because the days of cheap ammo are gone for now……. Premium steel loads are now going for $20-30 a box! At that price it’s time to start shooting bismuth!

Midway has cci 34 lr primers for 79 +12.50 hazmat per 1000 limit 1, beings federal is saying they aren’t shipping primers til 11-1 and they will have a 15% mark up of the last price, these aren’t probably that horrible of a deal. Either way better than paying the prison price around here.
