So everyone, ok most everyone hates the Colin KaeperDick, and as a result a lot of people are hating on the 49ners in general…the team has not been great as of late and I am guessing this bad publicity will not help them any…
So how do you make things right: Season opener and first home game at against the LA Rams…I say first offensive series the whole entire line falls down and gives defense open season on #7 …I think the team would win back a lot of fans that way, not to mention it’s the right thing to do…I get the whole freedom of speech yada yada…but you are also part of a team, and supposed leader of that team…

Amazing to me that not a single one of you "love it or leave it" guys recognize that one of our most basic rights is to be able to express our opinions. Do I agree with him? Absolutely not. Does he have a right to his opinion and, more importantly, to express it? Absolutely. I guess in your eyes freedom of speech only applies when the speech agrees with your opinions.

he is well within his right to do it. But we are well within our right to call him out on his blatant disrespect for the country that allows him the freedom to be a little bitch

That's a great idea, but it would look silly for the O line to fall down when the jackass is on the bench as the backup QB.......... still would love to see it though!!

That was beautiful Martin. That also exercises the 1st Amendment.

I disagree......slightly. I think they should make it public and cut him. Show that their team honors our Flag and for which it stands and for all the vets that have protected our freedoms. Sweeping it behind close doors doesn't help. IMHO

I wouldn't hold my breath that anything from SanFran would lead towards patriotism or conservative. IMHO

Errr, this is the sports team representing the city of San Francisco. He probably has a lot more support in that liberal bastion than we'd care to think is reasonable.

Sadly, Allen is probably damn right. Just heard on Rush, the Cowboys were denied by the NFL to wear a sticker honoring the fallen cops and this dumb bastard's coach says he can't tell him what to do.

Maybe we could start a new thread called KaeperDick Meme's so all of the future photoshop pro's could get posted in one place?? I'd be up for looking at 'em and having a few laughs on his account!

Yes, he DOES have the right to do what he wants, but everyone else has the right to counter that lame ass and cost him just as much in the pocketbook as his salary provides. There's nothing wrong with a public shaming when it's proven the said shaming is worthy. Go for it. I once had an employee tell me he had the 1st Amendment right to swear/cuss while at work. I responded, "yes you do, and I also have the right to make you unemployed and let you figure out where you went wrong." Didn't take him three seconds to figure out that scenario. He didn't make any further nudges of defiance from that point on.

Some people just take a few seconds more than others; plain n' simple. Just remember what Forest's mother always told him....

It's amazing to me that you are unable to understand that I have the right to express my opinion that I think he's a steaming pile of shit. I also think the same thing about his supporters.

So my original statement stands, fuck him.

Not sure where anyone said he doesn't have the right to express his opinion. In fact, I'm glad he's doing. Now I know what a FN POS he really is. BTW looks to me like you're upset with others expressing their opinion.

Bullshit!!!! Damned near everyone says he has that right, but there are consequences to abusing those right!!!!

Not bullshit. Freedom of speech is a foundation of our country. You are either for our all our Constitutional rights or you are not. You can't pick and choose. Our military (including my Marine son) defends the right of dumbasses to say and do dumb stuff. You have the right to disagree and express your disagreement. But the Constitution stands for the proposition that you can express your opinions and not have to worry about being kicked out of the country, losing your job, or being physically assaulted ("I'll help him stand for the anthem"). I detest what he did but defend his right to do it without fear of "consequences."

See my reply to woodpecker. I have no problem with people expressing opinions. It's when you start firing people, throwing them out of the country and threatening them that I have a problem.

I think if he ever makes it on the field to take a snap, and I was the OC....I'd tell the line to let him get his ass creamed and be hauled off the field on a stretcher...that'll take care of his "I don't wanna stand" attitude.

So so let me ask you a question. If you walked into your boss's office and cussed him up one side and down the other, called him every name in the book and took a leak on his desk, do you think there would be consequences? I mean you're just exercising your right to free speech and right to choose, correct? Probably not. I don't think anyone is arguing he didn't have the "right" to do what he did, it's just in the civilized world our actions have consequences. Or they damn well used to anyway;:;rant

I wonder how his adoptive parents feel about his actions? I'm sure the scum that actually fathered him would be proud, from his jail cell of course.
