Just watch when nothing is done….. they’ll have all sorts of excuses. This bill didnt do this or that plan doesn’t do that…… it’s setting up nicely for another kick the csn down the road sort of deal and we’ll be back here next year staring down higher property tax bills.

No one is pissed that their property is appreciating. We're pissed that some .gov tool gets to arbitrarily decide how much, and then slaps us with a tax on that unrealized gain.
