We never had these issues with older homes. Same with these new furnaces and pvc. Poor and lazy engineering
Yep us too, our first house had no indoor toilets. And we burned wood in a wood stove. LOLWe never had these issues with older homes. Same with these new furnaces and pvc. Poor and lazy engineering
Cast iron vent pipes and so much heat loss through the attic that it was above freezing up there. LBYep us too, our first house had no indoor toilets. And we burned wood in a wood stove. LOL
Yep there was no insulation in our walls or attic. Ahhh the modern conveniences of our youth. LOLCast iron vent pipes and so much heat loss through the attic that it was above freezing up there. LB
https://www.diychatroom.com/threads/is-it-ok-to-use-heat-tape-on-pvc-pipe-and-plastic-piping.676231/My good plumbing friend says that heat tape will rapidly deteriorate the integrity of PVC pipe making it brittle and subject to breaking so he absolutely does not recommend that. His solution is a homemade sewer skewer, or the www.frostfreesewervent.com device. I personally after last weeks cold snap am now going to order one to try.
I suppose the dog left the shart in your skivvies too?I blame the dog
