If this would have passed all their customers and all residents of NoDak whether you used their store or not would foot the bill to keep the street maintained and accessible, maintained their sewage and water needs, their storm water needs, and police and fire protection. This did not wipe out property tax just for walmart. It was every for profit business in every township, county and city in the state. How in the hell would you expect that to be replaced. Oh yeah, "They'll figure it out"
