This story gives me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, and seeing the reactions of some family members and co-workers in the two above posts does nothing to make it better....what a senseless act of evil. Hopefully this comes to a quick resolution so the people involved can receive some closure and begin grieving. :(

I agree, especially since they have said all 4 are victims and not a suspect. Even though this is likely a targeted isolated indecent, whoever did it has crossed that line and who knows what they will do next to get away. Maybe the police knows something they aren't letting out, that's the only explanation, if not and somebody else gets hurt, they are going to have some serious explaining to do.

The couples names released, surprisingly its not the owners. Its weird how these national outlets are giving out more info than local. Local is still saying bodes havent been identified and no next of kin has been notified.

Even crazier when you realize the Daily Mail isn't National its International there a uk-based organization. Although they are legendarily scandalous in the reporting right up there with your tabloids here in the states.

I suspect they know who the killer is and something tells them he isn’t a threat to anyone else for some reason. But considering who was killed that seems kind of strange.

It appears to be the daughter that let the names of her parents out to the public. Other than the names and posts from family members it looks like most of the information was taken from other news stories I have read.

Prayers to the family of the deceased.

Appears the co-owner of the business was one of the deceased. Robert Fakler rest in peace.
A Maintenance supervisor and his spouse who was an auditor for the company are two of the deceased. William and Lois Cobb rest in peace.
A maintenance tech of RJR was the fourth deceased member. Adam Fuehrer rest in peace.

God be with them and their families and coworkers.

any LEOs out there? what's the basis for not releasing the suspect's name? if the idea is to not tip the suspect off that they are on to him/her, then i would think they would have been better off not mentioning they had a suspect at all.

Im not LE but id guess they dont have a suspect. They said that so the assumed suspect hears it and tries to go back to their normal life while LE works on figuring things out. On the radio conference it they are pleading pretty strongly for help from the public which I tske as they dont know as much as they would like to at this time. Imo they are saying they have a suspect to get a reaction from the actual suspect. Either they will flee making it easier to narrow down a suspect or at least buy them more time.

I thought he said in the news conference that they’ve not yet named a suspect?

Maybe we should operate under the assumption that the people investigating it know more than than we do and have a reason for what they are doing. Just a thought.

Now what sort of sense would that make given the amount of obviously overqualified LEO's we have right here on this website?

And maybe they have a reason for telling us there is no danger to the public even though there is. “Oh well, they’ve got their reasons, he only just killed 4 people. What could possibly go wrong?”

If they do or don't have a suspect, how can they say there is no danger to the general public???? They shouldn't lie to us. I would think they should have to tell us if there is a KILLER ON THE LOOSE!!

You mean they're not just armchair biologists? They're real overqualified arm chair LEO's too?

At any given time, there is probably a thousand killers loose in the US. You are in no more danger today than you were a week ago taking the exact same reasonable precautions.

Bingo. Before that guy makes the news for murdering someone, he was probably pumping gas next to you, standing in line at the liquor store, pirating your ice house, or poking fun at California’s magazine ban. Lots of killers, rapists, pedos cross your path and you don’t even know it until they make the news.
