Give this tried and true zucchini relish recipe a try! My better half makes this each year and I keep telling her she needs to go global with this stuff! It is awesome on burgers, brats, fish! :;:thumbsup

About the same recipe I use, but I use cucumbers some shredded carrots and mustard seed with it, it's good right out of jar, will have to grow some Zucchini next year and give it a try, thanks for the recipe

That looks remarkably close to the green tomato relish I made two years ago when my plants got frosted out with a bunch of unripe tomatoes. It was delicious
