My guess is he probably got bent out of shape over an issue with the property that was on going, he got enraged over it, and did the dirty deed he did. I could be wrong, Don't think it had to do with rental payments, I'm suspecting he has a decent salary, unless he's got bad money management and don't pay his bill. We will find out if he decides to open up and spill his guts.

lost in all this was the great job done by law enforcement. That was really a pretty short time to solve a quad murder given how the process has to go and the fact the leo's in this area don't deal with things of this magnitude very often if ever.

All kidding aside, people always want to think its some crazy outsider or cartel or whatever that does these things. Nobody wants to believe that we have bad people living around us in ND, but anybody can snap. When a guy thinks about it, some of the worst cases have been small town ND locals. This guy was a Riverdale native, the New town case a few years ago was another local, Michael Neugebauer in Menoken, Gordon Kahl etc.
